What it is
byQalam is a career-visibility platform - a workspace that aligns a professional's LinkedIn profile, published content, and ATS resume around a single, credible story, explicitly without fabricating accomplishments. It is built for professionals, founders, and teams who want to be found, trusted, and shortlisted on the strength of what they have actually done.
What we built
- LinkedIn profile audit and positioning - structured analysis that turns a profile into a coherent professional narrative.
- AI post generation with voice training - a drafting system that learns a user's writing patterns from their edits and approved drafts over time, so the output reads like them rather than like generic AI.
- ATS resume review and targeted resumes - resume tooling that checks against applicant-tracking realities and tailors output to a specific role.
- A Career Vault - a store of verified experiences and skills that every other surface (posts, resumes, cover letters) draws from.
- Content planning, scheduling, and analytics - the operating loop for publishing consistently, not just once.
Why it matters here
byQalam is a genuine, non-trivial product: authentication, billing, AI workflows that improve with use, and a persistent data model behind every feature. Building it end to end - product surface, application logic, and data - is the same work we describe everywhere else on this site, shipped for a real founder with real users.
There is a fit worth naming: byQalam's own premise is helping people present themselves credibly without inventing achievements. That is the same standard Techspirex holds itself to - which is exactly why we are comfortable putting our name to it.
The honest caveat
We are not publishing performance metrics (signups, revenue, retention) here, because those are Fizza's to disclose, not ours to claim. What we can point to is the product itself: live, in production, and open for you to evaluate directly.
